In drag, the performer commands all aspects of display except the voice; lip-synching is a way to disguise gender or talent. "Lamento della drag" combines intense physical performance of vocal repertorie (baroque opera and oral traditionals) with hyper-femine masquerade. With accompaniment by Giles Miller and Ashland Mines.
